Sena O. - CEO & Creative Services Consultant

Sena O. is a compassionate coach and focused consultant with over a decade of combined professional experience in higher education administration, cooperative education, career services, training, and creative marketing services. Described as a "next steps" coach by her clients, she works with clients to bridge professional and personal gaps in order to achieve meaningful results in their lives.

Sena O. enjoys working with a variety of clients in the United States and abroad including; emerging professionals, career women, community stakeholders, working parents, entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and individual job seekers.

She has served as the Executive Director of Marketing and Outreach for Daddy UniverseCity Inc., Associate Director of Graduate Admissions & Associate Director of Multicultural Admissions for Saint Joseph's University, Creative Services Consultant for Urban Essence Salon & Spa, as well as a contributing writer for Glare Magazine online, and has been a special guest for Florida-based Community Central Radio.  

Sena O. holds an M.S. in Training & Organizational Development and a B.S. in International Relations from SJU in Philadelphia. A proud graduate of the International School of Kenya, she is a multilingual professional with travel experience in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Originally from Ghana, West Africa, Sena O. is passionate about family, celebrating the richness and diversity of the world, life-long learning, and helping clients to develop productive support systems.
